Employment Solicitor, 3+ Years PQE, Cardiff, £55,000+ (DOE) - This is an exciting opportunity to handle a broad and varied caseload, working with both individuals and businesses across a diverse range of sectors. JOB REF:2770

Responsibilities

• You will be responsible for a varied non-contentious employment caseload, to include contracts, disciplinary issues, grievances, redundancy, TUPE, and tribunal claims.
• Supporting businesses of all sizes and individual clients with clear, tailored legal solutions.
• Working collaboratively with colleagues across the firm to deliver excellent service.

Skills / Qualifications

• Applications are sought from Employment Solicitors with a minimum of 3 years PQE.
• You will have experience in handling both contentious and non-contentious employment matters with confidence and technical precision.
• You will have exceptional communication skills, attention to detail and work well within a team environment.
