Employment Solicitor - Edinburgh (Hybrid Working Available)

A well-established, full-service law firm is seeking a talented and motivated Employment Solicitor to join its dynamic Employment Law team. This is an excellent opportunity for a solicitor with at least two years of post-qualification experience to work with a diverse client base, including SMEs, charities, and individuals.

You will provide high-quality legal advice on a broad range of employment matters, including:

• Disciplinaries, grievances, and terminations
• Employment contracts and workplace policies
• Redundancies, reorganisations, and TUPE
• Settlement agreements and negotiated exits
• Employment Tribunal representation (for both claimants and respondents)
• Corporate support to internal teams

You will also contribute to business development, mentoring junior staff, and promoting the firm's services through networking and marketing initiatives.

• 2+ years PQE in employment law
• Strong technical knowledge and practical experience
• Excellent communication and client-handling skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proven ability to meet fee targets and manage caseloads effectively
