Employment Solicitor

Employment Solicitor needed in Bristol, £43.88ph PAYE - Reference:

14hrs per week with flexibility

• The role will be up to 2 days per week however may increase in hours depending on caseload. Flexibility is needed to work additional hours to cover hearings as needed.
• Employment Solicitor to deal with a small number of ET claims varying from equal pay, unfair dismissal, discrimination and harassment.
• Judicial mediation, preliminary hearings and preparation for final hearings will be needed.
• Advice on TUPE provisions in contracts and TUPE clarification questions arising from procurement processes and complex grievances.

This is a part time role on a temporary contract basis.
