Our client is seeking an experienced Employment Solicitor with 2-4 years' PQE to join their dynamic team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work across both contentious and non-contentious employment law matters, advising employers and employees in a supportive and entrepreneurial setting. A following is desirable but not essential.

- Build strong, long-term client relationships through excellent service and responsiveness.
- Support the firm's marketing and networking activities.
- 2-4 years' post-qualification experience in employment law, ideally from a respected City, West End, or regional firm.
- Strong technical knowledge and a practical, solution-driven mindset.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- A confident, collaborative team player with business development enthusiasm.
