Employment Solicitor - HR Advisory & Tribunal Work

Weightmans, a leading national law firm, seeks a UK-qualified lawyer (1-3 years PQE) to advise employers across the UK on employment law. You will handle a varied caseload from tribunal claims to HR advisory work, developing advocacy and client management skills within a supportive team.

You will draft documents, provide practical guidance, and contribute to client materials while collaborating with colleagues to achieve business targets. A strong affinity with technology is desirable.
