Employment Solicitor (Senior Associate - Partner) - Belfast / Hybrid

RoleAs a Senior Associate Employment Solicitor, you will take a leadership role within the Employment Law department. You will be responsible for managing a wide range of complex legal matters. Your in-depth knowledge of employment law and ability to provide strategic guidance will be critical in ensuring clients receive the highest quality legal services.
Responsibilities- Lead and manage a portfolio of legal matters.
- Provide expert legal advice and guidance to clients, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Collaborate closely with clients and other stakeholders to understand their business needs and develop effective legal strategies.
- Supervise and mentor junior associates, providing guidance and support to foster their professional development.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, legal developments, and best practices to maintain a high level of expertise in employment law.
- Qualified solicitor with 5+ years of experience in employment law.
- Strong academic background in law, with a focus on employment law.
- Proven track record in this area of law.
- Excellent drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong business acumen and ability to understand clients needs from a commercial perspective.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and collaborate effectively with colleagues.
