About Our Client

This is a large law firm with other offices outside of Birmingham. You would be the first hire into Employment in Birmingham and would work as part of a national Employment team.

Job Description

This role would suit a senior Employment Lawyer who would be interested in working at a firm in an exciting period of growth in Birmingham.

The office is growing with some senior level hires and Employment is an area that the firm is keen to target.

You would be joining as a Partner and helping develop the practice area in the Midlands. You would get plenty of support from other offices and Birmingham colleagues.

The firm has an excellent benefits package and will pay a competitive salary at Partner level (of course linked to client following). Lawyers at the firm typically work 2 days per week in the office.

The Successful Applicant

The firm are looking for an experienced senior Employment Lawyer - as this is a Partner hire, the firm would be looking for a business plan which demonstrates a track record of winning work and also a plan of action for growing the team going forward.
