Employment Counsel (UK) - Cross-Border HR & Tribunals

Coca-Cola Europacific Partners (CCEP) is seeking a Legal Counsel in the UK who will advise on day-to-day employment law matters and collaborate with HR and senior stakeholders. The role focuses on employee relations, policy drafting, and handling tribunal processes.

You will work with the Employment team to support restructures, disciplinary matters and cross-border initiatives, contributing to regulatory compliance and best practice across the business.
