PET Xi are expanding our Restart Scheme team in Leamington Spa, and we're looking for an experienced Employment Coach who's passionate about helping people change their lives.

What you'll be doing

• Coaching participants 1:1 to help them move closer to work
• Creating tailored action plans that drive real progress
• Delivering job search support, CV workshops, and interview prep
• Building strong employer relationships to open up opportunities
• Managing a busy caseload and meeting achievable targets

What you'll bring

• Previous experience in an employability or similar coaching role is essential
• A natural ability to motivate, support, and build trust
• Strong organisational skills and a proactive approach
• Confidence working with diverse participants and varied barriers
