The Employment team provides specialist advice to both businesses and individuals across a range of sectors, with particular strength in media and entertainment. The team is well regarded for its expertise in Employment Tribunal litigation and its ability to deliver commercially astute and pragmatic solutions. It regularly advises senior executives and employer clients on complex and sensitive matters.

The firm is seeking an Employment Associate to join its London-based team. The successful candidate will be a technically strong lawyer with excellent analytical and drafting skills, capable of handling a broad mix of contentious and non-contentious employment matters.

This role offers the opportunity to take ownership of matters, manage client relationships, and work closely with a collaborative and high-performing team. The successful individual will be proactive, commercially aware, and committed to delivering exceptional client service.

• Advising on a wide range of employment law matters, including tribunal litigation and day-to-day advisory work.
• Managing cases from initial instruction through to resolution.
• Delivering strategic and commercially focused advice tailored to client needs.
• Supporting business development initiatives and contributing to team growth.
• Maintaining high professional and regulatory standards.

• Demonstrated experience advising on employment matters for both employers and employees.
• Strong background in Employment Tribunal litigation.
