Successful candidates will join a leading, top tier Legal 500 ranked Employment team. The team focuses on High Court litigation, including restrictive covenants, team moves, injunctions and claims relating to confidential information. The firm is considered among the leading UK employment law firms, ranked in the top tiers of the Legal 500 for London. You will work across various domestic and international jurisdictions, handling high level respondent work with a strong focus on senior executive and contentious matters, helping to grow and develop the practice. The firm offers a market leading salary with a reasonable chargeable hours contribution of only 1200.

The Role

As an Associate you will undertake a broad range of work with a supportive collegiate department. The team seeks someone capable of developing into a trusted advisor to senior executive clients, advising CEOs, founders, partnership members and major stakeholders. You will negotiate service agreements, high profile exits, and the movement of teams across businesses.

About You

• Applications are sought from experienced Associates with at least one year post qualification experience, gained in England & Wales or a similar, leading common law jurisdiction.
• You will possess strong academics and a confident understanding of employment law, ideally from a Top 50/Legal 500 background.
• Strong organisational skills and a keen interest in joining one of the world's most well regarded employment practices.
