Employment and Training Advisor

This is an exciting opportunity to join Warrington Borough Council as part of our Employment Development Team.

We are seeking 2 experienced and proactive Employment and Training Advisors to lead on externally funded employment programmes.

Stepping beyond administrative tracking, this role requires an individual to drive high standards to meet various frameworks of delivery, i.e.: Fidelity and Supported Employment Models. Build on collaborative partnership, departmental interventions, and ensure every advisor is supported to achieve their full potential.
