Employer Partnerships Lead for Health & Social Care Access

East Coast College is seeking an Employer Liaison Officer to build and sustain employer partnerships across Felixstowe and Great Yarmouth. The role supports young people and economically inactive individuals through the Apollo programme with the Norfolk and Suffolk Integrated Care Board, delivering employment opportunities in health and social care.

You will lead employer engagement, source vacancies, and create pipelines to enable participant progression.
