Employer Brand & Talent Attraction Lead

EY Ireland is seeking an Employer Brand Manager to lead and evolve the firm's employer brand strategy across Ireland, shaping how EY is perceived as an employer and driving talent attraction campaigns.

You will work with Talent, Brand, Marketing & Communications and external partners to develop integrated recruitment marketing strategies and EVP messaging for diverse talent audiences, from students to leadership hires.
