• EMEA Labor Relations is a high-volume, multi-country function operating across complex legal and regulatory environments
• This role keeps it running at its best - coordinating multi-country processes, managing reporting, and keeping stakeholders aligned across the region

• Coordinate multi country projects across EMEA - timelines,
• Maintain reporting, data integrity, and management ready dashboards
• Design and document standardised templates, playbooks, and intake process that can scale across jurisdictions and teams
• Prepare briefings and materials for senior leadership
• Partner with cross functional ES teams on shared process improvement initiatives - identifying where proven approaches can be replicated or adapted
• Own and improve core operational workflows and AI driven automation tools
• Contribute to the evolution of our Slack based tooling as an intelligent, AI powered platform
