Employee Relations Strategist - Data, Risk & Policy

East Kent Colleges Group is seeking an Employee Relations Advisor to lead on ER across multiple sites. You will manage full ER casework, apply relevant case law to policies, and work with HR Partners to implement best practices while mitigating risk.

The role focuses on analysing ER data to inform strategies for improving workforce relations and student experience. A strong background in ER within education or public sector is preferred.
