Job Description
Gold Care Homes is seeking an experienced Employee Relations Partner to join our on-site team in Uxbridge. You will lead employee relations across multi-site care homes, influencing managers and ensuring compliant, high quality people practices.
The role requires CIPD Level 5 or above, hands-on ER experience in a regulated sector, and a willingness to travel to homes as needed. Working hours are 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM, Monday to Friday.
