Employee Relations HR Advisor (Part-Time)

HR GO Recruitment's Ramsgate client is seeking an experienced HR Officer - Employee Relations to join the team on a temporary basis with a view to permanent. You will own complex casework, advise managers and support strategic HR objectives in a Kent-based environment.

The role involves managing disciplinary, grievance, capability and absence cases, conducting investigations, and providing legally sound guidance on employment law. Flexible approach and strong communication are essential.
