Sonic Healthcare UK is recruiting an employee relations specialist to join the Human Resources Advisor team at our London site. You will provide practical ER guidance to managers and advise on policy and processes across the business.

The ideal candidate will have strong employee relations experience, ability to handle complex investigations, disciplinaries and grievances, and will partner with senior leaders to align with employment law and company standards.
