Employee Relations & Experience Lead - UK & Ireland

Amazon UK Services Ltd. seeks an experienced Employee Relations Manager to lead and shape employee relations across the UK & Ireland. You will partner with senior leaders, drive proactive programs, and manage sensitive issues with discretion.

The role requires UK employment law knowledge, data driven problem solving, and strong communication. Travel up to 30% and base location flexible within the UK. This is a full-time leadership position within the Employee Experience and Relations team,
