Job Description
Job DescriptionWe're looking for an experienced Employee Relations & Change Lead to join our People team during an exciting period of transformation. This is a 12-18 month interim role.This is a phased role: You'll initially lead on the ER delivery of change across key programmes. From September, you'll transition into maternity cover for the Employee Relations Delivery Lead - taking ownership of ER delivery through managing the ER team, providing guidance on complex escalations, and ensuring commercially sound decisions across Employment Tribunals, Early Conciliation matters and Settlement discussions.We're driving ambitious change, with a strong focus on creating a great colleague experience while delivering effectively for the business.We're seeking someone with:
  • Strong experience in change delivery and deep employee relations expertise.
  • Experience in ability to operate autonomously, exercise sound commercial judgement, and make an immediate impact.
  • A track record of strengthening ER practice and enhancing team capability would be a real advantage.
  • Hands-on change work experience and shaping ER practice in a way that's both robust and human.
