Employee Relations Advisor - HR Policy & Case Support

Islington Council is seeking an experienced Employee Relations Adviser to support a high-quality HR service across the organisation. You will advise managers on policies, pay and employment law, manage your own diverse caseload, and contribute to formal meetings and organisational change activities.

You will build confidence in managers, collaborate with Trade Union representatives, and ensure records are accurate while upholding current legislation and best practice.
