Employee-Owned Maintenance Leader - RDC Engineering

John Lewis Partnership is establishing a new RDC site in Avonmouth and seeks an experienced maintenance leader to drive high standards as we transition to full operational readiness by Q4 2026.

The role is permanent with a two-shift pattern (6am-2pm, 2pm-10pm) and a 24/7/365 call-out rota. You will lead engineering teams, ensure health & safety governance, manage budgets and deliver compliant maintenance across the campus.
