Employee Experience & Relations Leader

Amazon UK Services Ltd. is seeking an Employee Relations Manager to lead and shape employee relations across the UK & Ireland. You will partner with senior managers and HR teams to design and sustain effective ER programs, policies, and practices.

You will analyze data to identify root causes, address concerns early, and manage high-stakes ER issues while coordinating with cross-functional teams across regions. Travel up to 30% is expected.
