Empathetic Call Centre Agent - Financial Wellbeing

Orbit Credit Services in Telford (TF3 4NT) is hiring Call Centre Agents to join from 2 November 2026. You'll handle inbound and outbound calls, support customers toward financial wellbeing, and log interactions across our systems with care and accuracy.

You'll receive a 3-week training programme with a dedicated L&D Trainer, then transition to a 37.5 or 40-hour week on a rotating shift pattern, including one Saturday in three.
