Chilled Pubs is looking for future leaders to join its seven food-led pubs across the Midlands. Salary is negotiable dependant on experience, with real responsibility and support to grow into leadership roles.

You'll learn to lead shifts, coach teams, set high standards and make decisions under pressure, with regular one-to-ones and career development to help you progress within the business. We welcome candidates with supervisory experience or strong team players ready for leadership.
