Emerging Locality Manager - Supported Living Lead

Dimensions is seeking an Assistant Locality Manager to oversee four supported living homes in Brent, Edgware and New Southgate. You will lead local teams, coordinate inductions and supervisions, and ensure high-quality, compliant care.

Role involves frontline support and off-rota management four days a week, with occasional early mornings, evenings or weekend coverage. You will deputise for the Locality Manager as needed and contribute to continuous improvement.
