Emergency Temporary Nanny for Easter Holidays in Bridgnorth Shropshire

A warm and welcoming family is seeking an energetic, confident nanny to support them during the Easter holidays at their countryside holiday home in Shropshire. Caring for three lively and engaging boys, this is a wonderful opportunity for a nanny who enjoys being active, creative, and involved.

Responsibilities

• Support daily routines and help with mealtimes.
• Plan fun, stimulating activities both at home and locally.
• Work collaboratively with the parents on outings and adventures to create a memorable and enriching holiday experience.
• Be proactive, energetic, and ready to hit the ground running.

Job Details

• Location: Bridgnorth, Shropshire
• Children: Ages 9, 7 and 4 years old
• Hours of work: 8 hours a day
• Nights babysitting (1st & 2nd April): 7pm - 11pm
• Days required: Wednesday 1st April - Sunday 5th April 2026
• Pets in the home: one dog
• Job start date: Wednesday 1st April
• Job end date: Sunday 5th April
• Pay: £1,150 (£25 gross per hour)
• This is a fixed term job.
• Position offers live in or live out basis, providing flexibility.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Up-to-date, enhanced DBS certificate registered on the update service.
• 12 hour Paediatric First Aid Certificate.
• Minimum of 2 professional referees (one must be current or last employer and both must be immediately contactable).
• Appropriate professional insurance (nanny insurance) is recommended.
• Preferred: experience with children with Down's syndrome.
