Paragon Asra Housing Limited is seeking an Emergency Call Handler to provide vital support for our customers. This role entails answering emergency calls and maintenance requests, and delivering reassurance and support in crises. The position is office-based with a unique shift pattern of 4 days on, 4 days off, from 8pm to 6am.
Ideal candidates will possess empathy, patience, and experience in high-pressure customer service environments. Excellent communication skills are essential, along with proficiency in IT systems.
