EMEA VP of Sales: Growth, Strategy & Leadership

IQVIA is seeking a VP of Sales for EMEA based in Reading, UK. You will lead the sales organization, develop long-range plans, coach a senior team, and drive growth across CRO and full-service clinical development offerings.

You will engage with senior client leaders, shape strategy, and oversee deals and bid defenses. Expect significant interaction with multiple internal departments to align capabilities with customer requirements, plus travel of 40% or more to manage key accounts and
