EMEA Technical Support Engineer for Autonomous Platform

Factory is seeking a Technical Support Engineer to ensure customers maximize value from our developer centric platform. This role sits at the intersection of customer success, product management and engineering to resolve architecture, performance and operational challenges.

You will partner with customers to drive adoption, contribute to internal tools for diagnostics and automation, and help shape deployment playbooks that improve scalability and operational excellence as Factory scales.
