EMEA Tax Strategy Director Pillar Two & Compliance

Pure Search partners with a multinational business to hire an International Tax Director based in Central London. You will lead the European direct tax function, mentor a tax team, and collaborate with senior finance and business stakeholders.

You will own the European Pillar Two agenda, oversee tax accounting under US GAAP, IFRS and local GAAP, and provide strategic input on transactions including M&A and cross-border structuring. The role requires in-office presence 3+ days weekly.
