EMEA Senior Client Solutions Leader

Parloa is seeking a Sr. Client Solutions Manager to lead the full services sales cycle from opportunity identification through scoping, SOW negotiation, and contracting. You will act as a trusted advisor to customers, shaping CX transformation using Parloa's PRISM methodology and coordinating with Partners for optimal delivery.

You will manage enterprise engagements, define CoE roles, and guide customers through program office setup, ensuring successful AI agent delivery and measurable outcomes.
