EMEA SDR Leader: AI-Driven Pipeline Builder

Workato is seeking a manager to elevate the EMEA SDR team in an AI-first buying environment. You will own strategy, performance, and culture, reporting to the Senior Director, EMEA Growth Marketing, and collaborating with regional sales, marketing, and AEs to build a scalable pipeline engine.

You will recruit, coach, and develop SDRs, implement an onboarding ramp, and drive data-driven coaching and forecasting, ensuring consistent quota attainment across the region.
