EMEA Retail Franchise Development Lead

Mattel UK is seeking a commercial, relationship-led Associate Manager to drive Retail Franchise Development across an assigned EMEA territory. You will translate regional priorities into local retailer stories and cross-category programs that strengthen relationships, expand distribution and accelerate growth.

You will manage day-to-day retailer partnerships and lead activation planning from concept to execution, while coordinating with cross-functional teams to deliver on-brand programs.
