EMEA Recruiter: Strategic Talent Partner

The Carlyle Group in Greater London is looking for a Recruiter who will play a critical role in EMEA Human Capital Management.

This individual will manage full-cycle recruitment across EMEA and Japan, ensuring a positive candidate experience while aligning with company guidelines. The ideal candidate will possess strong recruitment skills, extensive experience sourcing candidates, and a Bachelor's degree, preferably in HR.

A background in Financial Services is a plus.
