EMEA People Operations Leader

Citadel LLC is seeking a People Operations Lead for EMEA to oversee onboarding, mobility, payroll inputs, and offboarding across London, Dublin, Zurich, Paris, Amsterdam, Hamburg and Dubai. You will partner with HR, Finance, Legal, and external vendors to ensure smooth employee lifecycle and regulatory compliance.

You will drive continuous improvement in processes, governance, and data integrity while maintaining an excellent employee experience in a fast-paced financial services environment.
