EMEA Payroll Compliance Lead

TikTok is seeking a seasoned EMEA Payroll Compliance Manager to join our HR Operations team. You will design and maintain payroll compliance frameworks across multiple countries, ensuring adherence to labor and tax laws, and driving efficiency in processes.

You will monitor regulatory updates, provide guidance to stakeholders, and collaborate with HR Technology, Legal and Finance to optimize payroll systems and controls across the region.
