EMEA NPX Strategy & Operations Leader

Deliveroo seeks a Senior Strategy & Operations Manager to lead NPX onboarding across EMEA, shaping playbooks and processes for 37 countries. You will drive end-to-end onboarding from post-sale to Day 56, own KPIs like activation rates and churn, and partner with sales, product and engineering to ensure smooth handovers and cost-to-serve optimization.

This role requires a proven track record in leading multi-market teams, strategic thinking, and change management.
