EMEA HSE Manager: Lead Safety Culture & Compliance

Malvern Panalytical is seeking an experienced EMEA Safety, Health and Environment Manager to lead the SHE strategy across our regional sites in EMEA. You will drive ISO-compliant management systems, own internal audits, and partner with global teams to deliver continuous improvement in safety culture.

The role requires a bachelor's degree in Health & Safety or related field, 10+ years in SHE within high-risk environments, and fluency in English (additional languages advantageous).
