EMEA HRBP & Global Partner - Finance, Legal, HR

ThoughtSpot is seeking a People Business Partner in London to act as the dedicated HRBP for the EMEA region and the global HRBP for Finance, Legal, and HR. You will partner with regional managers and global leaders to align people strategy with business goals, coaching leaders and shaping workforce plans.

You will drive compliance, performance management, and organizational design across functions while translating data into insights and scaling HR programs in a fast-growing environment.
