EMEA HR Service Center Lead: People & Process

CSL Seqirus is seeking an HR Service Centre Manager EMEA to lead a five-person HR Operations Adviser team across 23+ countries. You will drive operational excellence across the full employee lifecycle, ensure service levels, quality standards and customer satisfaction, and collaborate with stakeholders regionally.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in HR, CIPD qualifications, and hands-on Workday/ServiceNow experience.
