EMEA HR Lead: Talent, Rewards & Growth

Merit Medical Galway is seeking an experienced HR Manager to shape and deliver a high impact people agenda across EMEA. Reporting to the VP HR EMEA, you will lead Talent Attraction, Total Rewards, Performance & Development and Engagement, ensuring frontline operations attract, retain and engage top talent.

This is a collaborative, solutions based leadership role in a fast paced, regulated medical device environment, guiding a HR team to build capability and drive growth.
