EMEA HR Lead: Policy, Compliance & People

Quantum is seeking an EMEA HR Lead to support employees across the UK, France, Germany, Belgium and other EMEA countries. You will ensure policy compliance, drive HR initiatives, and represent the company at touchpoints with discretion and empathy.

The role requires 3+ years of HR experience in multiple European markets, fluent French, and a commitment to integrity, urgency, and high confidentiality. Strong prioritization and regulatory knowledge are essential.
