EMEA Head of Customer Success & Growth

Jobtailor is seeking a senior regional leader to scale and inspire a multi-country Customer Success and Solutions Engineering organization across Europe. You will define adoption strategies, mitigate platform risks, and drive revenue growth through strong executive relationships.

You will manage cross-functional teams, partner with Product, ensure successful handovers from services, and build a learning environment to attract top talent. Travel across the EMEA will be required.
