EMEA Growth Lead - Senior Demand Gen & Team Lead

Rippling is seeking a Senior Growth Lead to own inbound motion and demo bookings for our EMEA Sales teams. You will manage a multi-million dollar annual budget, drive growth across paid social, SEM, SEO, affiliates, and email, and ensure in-language execution for France, Germany, and Spain.

You will lead a high-performing team, align with regional Sales and central marketing, and push aggressive experimentation to scale revenue. Fluency in German and English is required.
