EMEA Fulfillment CX Program Lead

TikTok is seeking a Customer Experience Program Manager for Fulfilment in the EMEA region. Based in London, you will drive data-driven opportunities to enhance delivery experience and work with logistics partners to implement customer-centric features and communications.
