EMEA Field Ops Strategist & GTM Analytics Lead

Jobtailor is seeking a seasoned Sales Operations leader in Ireland to act as the proactive partner to the META regional leadership team, diagnosing business health and delivering targeted interventions that boost pipeline conversion and revenue.

You will own go-to-market planning for the META region, optimize territory coverage and quota allocation, design dashboards, forecast cadences, and collaborate daily with GTM Ops, Deal Desk, HR, Finance and Marketing.
