EMEA Field Marketing & ABM Lead

Serval is seeking a senior Field Marketing & ABM leader to build our EMEA field motion from zero. You'll partner directly with Sales to craft programs across UK&I, DACH, Benelux, and the Nordics, creating 1:1 to 1:many experiences that open doors and drive pipeline.

You'll write the regional go-to-market plan, shape multi-channel ABM initiatives, and scale programs as our European presence grows. This is a build role with increasing scope, budget, and responsibility, based in London with travel
