EMEA Employee Relations Lead - Investigations & Policy

Clio is seeking an experienced Employee Relations lead to own the EMEA ER program across Spain, the UK, Ireland, and beyond. You will lead investigations, advise managers, and ensure compliance with local law while upholding Clio's values.

This high-autonomy role requires deep knowledge of Spanish labour law, cross-country ER excellence, and the ability to partner with Legal, HR, and external counsel to manage risk and foster fair, inclusive workplaces.
